Cotehele National Trust property is within 1 mile. The historic town of Tavistock with its pannier market offers a wealth of restaurants pubs shops as well as cinema and swimming pool. Spacious self-contained wing of a farmhouse with beautiful wood panelling and exposed beams throughout offering ONE bedroom: double with wall mounted TV Freeview and en-suite shower room with Velux and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan with flatscreen TV with DVD and Freeview iPod dock ample seating around the woodburner (first basket of logs included) dining area and double french doors leading onto the patio. Kitchen area is well-equipped with electric cooker and hob dishwasher microwave fridge and separate freezer. Washing machine housed in separate cupboard. Outside: enclosed patio with garden furniture and BBQ access to a large shared exercise area for pets. Amenities: off-road parking just outside the cottage. Bed linen towels electric and central heating included during summer months (October - April an extra 20 per week fuel charge payable to the owner on arrival). Wi-fi available. 2 dogs by arrangement most breeds accepted. Regret no smoking within the property. Additional info: local food can be ordered by Tuesday for delivery to the holiday let on Friday and special offers at the local pub are available please enquire for details.
